Best Snack
Slice an apple, a pear, and an orange. Arrange on a plate. Melt Dove Dark chocolate pieces in the microwave for about a minute and a half. Drizzle on fruit. Delicious, healthy, and sexy! cc

Hey - for us veggie-capped (unable to cook, eat, enjoy vegetables) can you post your best (and maybe easiest :D ) vegetable snack recipies?
Whoo-hooo!!! Somebody I don't know read my blog. Wow. This is so exciting. Unless it's one of my two emily friends, which is just fine, too. K- Veggie snacks: Butternut Squash. Cut in half. Scoop out seeds. Set face down (not skin down) on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about an hour. Scoop it out of the skin, mix it with butter until it looks like mashed potatoes.
Mixed Veggies: Put a bunch of veggies on a cookie sheet. (Like broccoli and cauliflower and carrots and snow peas.) Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper and cook for about ten minutes at 350.
Or eat baby spring mix 50/50 Fresh express with cashews and ranch (real ranch, not this fake stuff) and bay shrimp. So yummy.
And my newest favorite is wedges of little tomatoes on cottage cheese with salt and pepper.
I've heard carrots with hummus is good but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe I will tomorrow and I'll give you an update. Maybe I should look for some good veggie recipes. :o) Later!
