For Entertainment's Sake

Check out this workout in Women's Health. Let me know how many of you can do 20 reps of Move 3. I can do 1 with good form. I kind of fall over to the side on the next leg. And then I rest. Hah.

wow! 1/2 cup! that's will power. I can't even say "just one pepsi a day" and really stick to it. i'm an all or nothing kinda girl. so i salute you!!

I hate to say it, but that 1/2 cup looks pretty sad and small in that glass... :) Way to be committed!

Ok, I'm not close to touching the ab workout but I tried yoga at the Y for about five min. until the baby needed nursed that's my workout for the year. I would love to try the BLUE BELL though! That looks delicious...never had it!
