Brad was bored on Friday night while I was at work so he and our friend Ariana decided to make Hazelnut Macaroons. The first line of this recipe says, "Choose a day that is not humid to make macaroons." Needless to say, this was quite a time-consuming undertaking, but definitely worth it. And definitely beautiful.

You forgot to mention that Brad and I decided to be gung-ho and try to make them without an electric mixer. VERY time consuming...

I'm wondering if you were allowed to eat these after they were done or if you're just displaying them under glass as a centerpiece on your dining room table...
